The Fast Line Co.

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Plain English, Boss. Use the site, read the material, buy something if you want to. Here's the deal we're both agreeing to.

Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by The Fast Line Co., Sylmar, California, USA. Reach us at jmichaelcordon@gmail.com. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

The big one: this is education, not financial advice

Nothing on this site, in our emails, texts, or in anything we sell is financial, investment, tax, legal, or insurance advice. We are not your financial advisor, broker, accountant, attorney, or insurance agent, and no client relationship is created by reading our material.

We teach concepts and show you the math. What you do with your own money is your decision, and we'd tell you to run anything important past a licensed professional who knows your situation.

No promises about results

We don't guarantee that you'll pay off debt faster, save a particular amount, or reach any financial outcome. Any figures, examples or timelines we use are illustrations, not predictions about you. Your results depend on your numbers, your discipline and plenty of things none of us control.

Free material and purchases

Refunds

Not happy with a paid product? Email jmichaelcordon@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it. No interrogation.

Our stuff stays ours

The text, design, book excerpts, graphics and characters on this site belong to The Fast Line Co. and its owner. Quote us with credit; don't copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

Email and text messages

Sign up and we'll email you. Give us your number and we'll text you — message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Consent to texts isn't required to buy anything. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Fast Line Co. isn't liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our material, and our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us. Some places don't allow those limits; where that's the case, they apply as far as they legally can.

Housekeeping

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We can update them, and the date at the top will tell you when we did. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
